EasyPal Install problems.

There are three common install problems caused by

1. Shared registry entries. (usually more than 1 instance installed in different directories)

2. Blocking due to anti-virus program false positives.

3. Some soundcards require something plugged in.

QUICK FIX.

re problem 1. Rename the EasyPal directory. eg: "C:\EasyPal" to "C:\Easypalx" etc

re problem 2. Make exception to problem file. (usually "c32.exe") or use a different virus scanner. MS Security Essentials is free and effective.

re problem 3. Plug something into the input and output of the soundcard.

Serious Fix for problem 1.

Uninstall every instance of Easypal. Delete every reference to EasyPal from the registry. Reboot computer and re-install Easypal.

Once this has been done, several instances of EasyPal should work at the same time.

The latest EasyPals will now not share files or write to the registry.
